Rebate amounts and eligibility for Rocky Mountain Power or Dominion Energy change; documentation from the leakage test is provided so you can apply when a program is open. The 20–30% figure is an ENERGY STAR / Department of Energy estimate for a typical home, not a promised savings number for your house.
